Refund policy

At TCcigs, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your order, please review our returns policy below.

1. Returns Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • All returned items must be in unused and original condition, including packaging and accessories.
  • Due to health and safety regulations, opened e-liquids or used electronic cigarette devices cannot be returned unless faulty.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.

3. How to Return an Item

  • Email our customer service team at ask@tccigs.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
  • Send the item back to the following address: TCcigs, Unit GK1, The ICC, Off Main Street, Gibraltar, GX1 1AA.
  • Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement within 7 business days.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.
